Job Title: Home Health DirectorLocation: Johnson County Hospital, Tecumseh, NEDepartment: Home HealthReports To: CEOPosition Summary: The Home Health Director is a key position in healthcare, responsible for managing home healthcare services. This role ensures that patients receive high-quality care while coordinating the activities of the healthcare team. Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee the performance and development of healthcare staff.Create and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.Oversee financial aspects, ensuring efficient use of resources. Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards to maintain quality care.Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for patients.Evaluate the effectiveness of services and make necessary adjustments.Ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns regarding care. Qualifications & Skills:Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.Understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and patients.Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence as defined by the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act. Relevant experience in home health care or clinical settings is required.
