We are seeking an experienced clinician to provide primary care services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Oceanside, CA. The position starts at roughly 16 hours per week with a significant growth opportunity as we expand our presence in the region over the next few months.

About the Role:

• Deliver primary care services to patients in a SNF setting, focusing on proactive, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate closely with SNF staff and care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Manage your own schedule while coordinating care within the facility.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in California as Nurse Practitioner/APRN or PA-C
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a primary care setting
• Experience in SNFs, geriatrics, and primary care strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care autonomously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A great attitude and desire to deliver the best patient care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Starting at $100.00/hr.
