Flooring/Tile/Countertop Installer

Job Duties

At Jerry's Floor Store, we are a second-generation, locally owned company specializing in flooring, tile, and granite/quartz countertops. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and creating spaces our customers love. As we continue to grow, we're looking for skilled and reliable Installers to join our team.

• Install a variety of materials including: hardwood, LVP/LVT, laminate, carpet, tile (floors, backsplashes, showers, pools), and quartz and granite countertops

• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately

• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Communicate with team members and project managers throughout projects

• Keep job sites clean, organized and safe

• Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise

• Flooring, tile and/or quartz/granite countertop installation

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience Required

• Flooring installation

• Tile installation

• Quartz/granite countertop installation

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Strong work ethic and reliability
