Marketing Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced industry. In this role, you will contribute to driving marketing strategies, optimizing media campaigns, and collaborating with creative teams to enhance brand presence and performance.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on expertise in paid media (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), with the ability to interpret performance data and clearly translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Operate independently within scope, demonstrating ownership, responsiveness to feedback, and adaptability.
• Collaborate with North America go-to-market teams to understand upcoming campaigns and translate into channel strategies.
• Work closely with external media agencies to plan, review, and optimize media in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive briefing, adaptation, translation, and localization of North America creative campaigns into audience-specific and channel-relevant assets.
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external creative agencies, detailing creative development needs, timelines, and other relevant considerations.
• Serve as marketing team's liaison to the creative studio, tracking progress of asset adaptation and delivering finalized brand and legal approved assets.
• Report on performance of creative assets, sharing feedback and optimization recommendations with in-house creative studio.
• Collaborate with Global Brand team on tentpole campaigns and creative needs to inform future global toolkits.

Requirements

• Experience developing and optimizing direct-response campaigns to maximize ROAS and CAC.
• Preferred: Experience managing social media budgets >$1M annually. Agency experience a plus.
