We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities.**About the role**HealthFitness is looking for an Aquatics Group Fitness Instructor to join the teamat the Advocate Good Shepherd Club, managed by HealthFitness in Barrington, IL.This is a position teaching approximately 3 classes per week, depending on scheduling with Saturdays from 10:00AM - 10:45AM in high demand.**We offer:**Subbing opportunities for additional income!Complimentary fitness center membership!Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe aquatic group exercise to member.Minimum Requirements* Current AEA or FiTour Aquatics group exercise instructor certification required.* Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.* 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.* Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.* Flu vaccination required during the Fall season.The compensation range for this role is $25/class - $28/class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
