Primary Care Physician Compensation: $200K-$220K per year+ Comprehensive Benefits Package**Relocation assistance offered**Job Type: Full Time. Monday - Friday. 8a-4:30p with one evening shift.Location: Pittsburgh, PAWe are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective medical services across the lifespan while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditionsPerform complete physical exams and preventative care servicesOrder and interpret laboratory tests and imaging (including X-rays, CTs, MRIs as appropriate)Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals to specialists when neededPerform in-office procedures within scope of practiceMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHRProvide follow-up care and patient education to individuals and familiesCollaborate with behavioral health and other clinical teams to support integrated careSupervise and coordinate activities of clinical support staff as neededParticipate in community health education initiativesRespond appropriately to medical emergencies within the clinical settingQualifications:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineActive Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)Experience in a community health or outpatient setting preferredStrong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirementsAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situationsProficiency with EMR systems and general computer applicationsProficiency in bilingual Spanish and English is requiredBenefits:100% employer-paid medical coverage (UPMC)100% employer-paid dental (United Concordia)100% employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insuranceVoluntary vision coverage (VBA)Medical and Dependent Care FSA and HRA options2 weeks paid parental leave20 days (4 weeks) of PTO during first two years12 paid holidays annually401(k) with 4% employer matchCME, licensing, DEA, travel reinbursmentMalepractice insuranceStudent loan repaymentRelocation assistance offered
