Right at Home Blue Ridge is seeking compassionate and dedicated Overnight Caregivers (CNA or PCA) to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Overnight Responsibilities:

As an overnight caregiver, your primary mission is safety and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safety Monitoring: Provide wellness checks throughout the night to prevent falls
• Personal Care: Assist with evening wind-down and morning routines (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Mobility Support: Assist with transfers and toileting during the night
• Home Support: Perform quiet, light housekeeping (laundry, meal prep) while the client rests
• Observation: Document client status and report any changes to the care team

Requirements:

• Certification: Valid Virginia PCA or CNA Certificate (Required)
• Experience: At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
• Background: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
• Alertness: Ability to stay awake, alert, and attentive throughout the duration of the shift
