**Responsibilities:**

- Understand and implement the dealership's sales process.
- Manage every aspect of the sales process, from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate our extensive inventory.
- Maintain and update daily inventory reports.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create and review monthly plans.
- Uphold dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit targets.
- Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification requirements.
- Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively.

**Benefits:**

• Pay range for this position: $50,000 - $150,000
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education

• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service
