Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor At Ascend Rehab Services, our mission is simple—grow, learn, and develop alongside the children and families we serve. Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Location: Antioch, CA What You’ll Do: Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs. Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) and support implementation of evidence‑based interventions across school settings. Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPAs, providing clinical guidance, support, and oversight to ensure quality service delivery and compliance. Provide Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision, mentorship, feedback, and professional development support to emerging clinicians. Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, pragmatics, and AAC needs as appropriate. Participate in IEP meetings, communicate with families, and collaborate closely with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, supervision requirements, and compliance with school and state guidelines.
