Dental assistant

Four-Handed Chairside Assisting: Provide proactive, efficient chairside support to the dentist across a broad spectrum of procedures, including general restorations, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Advanced Digital Imaging: Capture precise dental X-rays and high-resolution 3D diagnostic scans, ensuring proper patient positioning and image quality while maintaining strict data privacy compliance.
Sterilization & Infection Control: Execute rigid aseptic techniques to prepare treatment rooms, sterilize clinical instruments, and maintain an immaculate environment that meets all OSHA and safety standards.
Patient Intake & Vitals Monitoring: Review patient medical histories, chart baseline updates, track vital signs, and warmly prepare patients for their procedures to ensure a low-stress experience.
Digital Record Management: Input accurate clinical notes, treatment plans, and medical coding into the practice’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Post-Op Patient Education: Deliver clear, compassionate post-treatment care instructions and oral hygiene guidance to patients to optimize their recovery and long-term wellness.

full-time $22 - $30 per hour

• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification is required. A valid Dental X-ray/Radiography certification is highly preferred (but not a mandatory dealbreaker—we are willing to help the right candidate acquire it).
Technical Skillset: Familiarity with Dental EMR platforms (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic) is a strong plus. A baseline understanding of dental terminology and anatomy is essential.
Clinical Versatility: Prior experience in a general practice or exposure to pediatric dentistry principles is considered a valuable asset.
Core Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, a high level of professionalism, absolute dependability, and a genuine eagerness to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
