The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes. Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and food pairings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and garnishes. Process payments and manage transactions accurately. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service. Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar. Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. -Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
