Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assist patients to achieve independence and productivity through assessment, goal setting, and delivery of occupational therapy. Develop individualized recovery plans and educate patients and caregivers. Collaborate with peers, nursing and occupational therapy staff, and external providers to coordinate patient care. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
