Lead the technical workstream for end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, including integrations, data migration, reporting, and technical deployment.




Serve as the primary onsite technical contact, coordinating client IT, functional consultants, and offshore teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HCM integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, data conversions, extracts, and reports using HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP services.

• Lead data migration, reconciliation, SIT, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Troubleshoot complex integration, reporting, data-load, and production issues while coordinating technical teams and supporting Oracle Redwood/VBS enhancements.
