Temporary Part-Time Stabilization Case Manager

Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center, Inc. seeks a Temporary Part Time Stabilization Case Manager to support families exiting the shelter and maintaining housing stability in the greater Boston area. The role includes developing stabilization plans, coordinating with housing staff, and documenting progress in our case management system. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or higher in Human Services or Social Work, bilingual capabilities (Creole or Spanish), and the ability to #J-18808-Ljbffr Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center, Inc.
