Job Summary:
A Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab registered nurse (RN) position is available in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role involves working within a dynamic procedural environment focused on interventional cardiology, including angioplasty, device closures, and electrophysiology procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Saint Louis, MO
• Shift Hours: 10 hours per shift, 4x10s rotating shifts from 0700-1730, with variations including late and close shifts from 1000-2030 as needed
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); MO license or MO/compact license; minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath lab procedures; at least 1 year of electrophysiology (EP) experience; experience with Epic documentation system; vaccination with the Flu vaccine
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology procedures, and use of Impella and IABP devices
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, rotating shifts, 40 hours per week minimum
• Additional Information: The role requires proficiency in complex cardiac procedures such as angioplasty, ASD closures, TAVR, and Watchman device placement. Candidates must be comfortable with conscious sedation, sterile supplies handling, vital assessments, and documentation in Epic. Cross-training for hemodynamics monitoring is likely. The assigned personnel will support high-acuity, high-volume procedural care in a Level I trauma and short-term acute care environment, with 1266 staffed beds.
