Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Behavioral Health
Location: Olympia, WA 98506
Facility: Providence St. Peter Hospital
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/19/2026
End Date: 01/18/2027
Shift: Day | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5×8 hours | 40 hours/week
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate: Local/Traveler $48–$52/hr

Requirements:

Active LCSW license
Behavioral Health experience
Inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
Experience with voluntary and involuntary admissions
Individual counseling and group therapy experience
Crisis-management skills
Epic preferred

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychosocial and behavioral health assessments
Develop treatment plans
Provide individual counseling
Facilitate group therapy/milieu activities
Provide behavioral health interventions
Participate in discharge planning
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
Document in Epic
Follow patient safety and contraband-control protocols
