We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney, with defense-side commercial litigation experience. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop your skills alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive environment.

About the Role

• Contribute to case strategy and handle substantive drafting, research, and preparation.
  
  
• Participate in negotiations, hearings, and client communications.
  
  
• Manage a varied caseload with attention to detail and professionalism.
  
  

What You Bring

• Active Florida Bar license.
  
  
• Around 2-5 years of solid litigation or related experience.
  
  
• Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills.
  
  
• Experience managing all aspects of discovery, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
