About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer with a strong background in power generation, digital infrastructure, and a focus on multi-gigawatt portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational oversight across a diverse fleet of assets, including wind, solar, storage, and natural gas. This role is pivotal in the company's strategy to integrate data center infrastructure with existing power assets, and the COO will be at the forefront of ensuring the execution of complex energy infrastructure projects while maximizing the performance, reliability, and commercial value of the operating fleet. Applicants must have 20-25 years of experience in the relevant industries, with a proven track record in EPC, asset management, and operational execution. The role requires a leader who can operate at both the strategic and executional levels, and who is adept at managing cross-functional teams to drive disciplined execution across capital-intensive projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of utility-scale power generation assets, experience with large distributed operating fleets, and the ability to identify and mitigate operational, commercial, and construction risks. Executive presence, the ability to lead across diverse stakeholders, and a highly analytical, process-oriented approach are essential. Experience in data center infrastructure, behind-the-meter load, and large-load energy strategy is also a key qualification.
