Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist, Benevis Pay range: $45-55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Signing bonuses: Up to $10,000 for full‑time positions and $5,000 for part‑time positions. Continuing education: Eligible for reimbursement of up to $250 per year for courses after completing one year of employment. Certification trainings provided: CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, and others. The company will reimburse eligible training/testing expenses required to obtain or renew certifications. Performance incentives: Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus, monthly bonuses based on office performance. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, and apply sealants and fluoride. Assist with dental and perio charting and maintain patient charts. Provide excellent customer service, including same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Assess dental conditions and review patients’ medical histories. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Patient population is predominantly children, representing 70% or more of patients. Create memorable patient experiences with compassion. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
