Requirements Required Qualifications Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing. Ability to work independently on a hybrid schedule in our Matawan, NJ office. Previous work within integrative mental health teams is a plus. Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program. Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred. Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adults. Experience providing couples counseling is strongly preferred; couples work is a valued part of the role but does not comprise the majority of the caseload. Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills. Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Family Systems Therapy Trauma-Informed Care Mindfulness-Based Interventions Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
