We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor / Senior Accountant to lead and manage multiple client engagements while delivering high-quality audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including Not-for-Profit organizations, Construction companies, and businesses across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple audit, accounting, tax, and consulting engagements Assist with engagement planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Serve as the primary contact for clients and build strong professional relationships Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting issues Supervise, mentor, and develop staff members Ensure engagements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with professional standards Qualifications 3+ years of public accounting experience CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, auditing procedures, and accounting standards Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proven leadership, delegation, and staff development experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required Preferred Software Experience UltraTax and Fixed Assets Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Other assurance and accounting research applications Benefits 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Remote work flexibility when needed Excellent work-life balance If you are looking to advance your career with a firm that values client relationships, professional excellence, and employee well-being, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
