If you're ready to bring energy, smiles, and that extra sparkle to our restaurant, step up to the tee and apply today!Pay rate: $Hourly + tipsRunners/Bussers can earn $25+ per hour, hourly rate plus tipsRole type: non-exemptEssential Job Duties· Support the restaurant and bar operations.· Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.· Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.· Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring great customer service, accuracy and presentation standards are met.· Accurately utilize technology to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service. · Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.· Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash.· Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests.· Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.· Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.· Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.· Other duties as assigned.Qualifications· Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.· Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.· Must be available to work weekends and holidays.· Excellent communication and guest service skills.Physical Requirements· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.· Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.· Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.· Must be able to safely use a ladder.PopStroke is an Equal Opportunity Employer.PopStroke participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
