We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled adults. We serve clients in Adams and York Counties. We are dedicated to taking care of our caregivers.

We offer flexible schedules to work around your individual needs. We provide paid hands-on training prior to our caregivers starting their first assignment. We offer online continued education for our caregivers. We reward our caregivers each month and annually through our employee incentive programs – Caregiver of the Month, Rookie of the Month, Training Incentive (monthly and annually), and Perfect Attendance (monthly and annually). We offer employee and client referral bonuses. We provide PPE (gloves and masks) for our caregivers upon request.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
• Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing
• Planning and preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Providing transportation to and from appointments
• Helping family members learn safe care techniques

Qualifications

• Every other weekend is required to work
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to interpret the client's provided plan of care
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
• Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats)
• Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Compensation: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
