Shift: Day, 3x12's, 6:30am - 7:00pm

Hours/Week: 36

Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Licensure/Certs: BCLS, NBSTSA

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Level 1 Trauma Center, Vascular, Thoracic surgery

What You'll Do

• Prepare and receive pump lines from perfusion and assist with cannulation procedures
• Assist with complex surgical procedures including Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Valve Replacement, and Heart & Lung Transplant surgeries
• Support vascular, thoracic, and robotic-assisted cardiac cases
• Ensure sterile techniques and patient safety during cardiovascular surgeries
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain workflow efficiency
• Assist with endovascular repairs such as EVAR and TEVAR
• Maintain surgical instruments and assist with patient positioning and draping during procedures

What You Need

• Valid NBSTSA certification
• BCLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Level 1 Trauma, Vascular, or Thoracic surgery
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week

• Experience with heart and lung transplant cases
• Prior work in a Level 1 Trauma Center
