You’ll also: Provide skilled physical therapy interventions according to the patient’s plan of care Assist patients in achieving functional and mobility goals Monitor and document patient progress Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team Develop positive relationships with patients and facility staff Promote safe mobility and functional independence Maintain accurate and timely documentation What We’re Looking For Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Graduate of an accredited PTA program Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team Skilled nursing or senior rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required About Concept Rehab For more than 40 years, Concept Rehab has been therapist-owned and operated , providing rehabilitation services while focusing on the patients and communities we serve.
