Plumbing Service Technician

We are looking to bring on several full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.Position SummaryAs a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose and repair plumbing issues like leaks, clogs,and faulty fixtures, working independently to get the job done right while giving customers clear,honest information about their home. This position suits someone with real experience who'sready to work on their own and mentor others coming up in the trade.Key Responsibilities• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, piperepairs, and water heater installations• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance, testing water pressure, drainage, andsystem performance• Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations, and ensure all workcomplies with plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards• Provide clear, professional communication to customers about diagnoses, repairs, andoptions, educating them on preventive maintenance and upgrade opportunities• Collect payments and maintain your truck inventory• Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and team members, supporting the training andmentoring of apprentices and technicians• Maintain your tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe, clean, working conditionWe Offer• Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses• 401(k) retirement with company match• Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off• Company events & parties• Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-termdisability insuranceRequirementsEducation• High school diploma or equivalent required• Plumbing trade school or technical training preferredExperience• 3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred• Journeyman plumbing license or state-required certification strongly preferred (may vary bylocation)• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repair practicesLicenses/Certifications• Valid driver's license with clean driving record requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete jobs efficiently• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar service management software preferredPhysical Demands and Conditions• Lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and standing for extendedperiods• Work performed indoors and outdoors, including confined spaces or adverse conditionsWork Environment/Travel• Field-based role with daily travel to residential and commercial customer sites• May require evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on customer demandAbility to pass background check and drug screenin #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric
