Human Resources Generalist

Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts Compensation: $70,000-$102,000 + 10% annual bonus Insight Global is seeking an HR Generalist I to support a large manufacturing organization in McMinnville, Oregon. This position provides hands-on HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will partner with employees and leaders across onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, development, benefits, and offboarding. Responsibilities: Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding activities Support compliance with EEO and applicable employment regulations Assist with job descriptions, job evaluations, compensation analysis, and benefits reviews Support performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning Coordinate employee engagement surveys and related action plans Partner with managers on employee relations matters Assist with employee concern investigations and documentation Deliver training on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Use HR reporting and analytics to identify workforce trends Support labor relations activities when applicable Coordinate benefits enrollment, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous HR experience through internships, co-ops, or entry-level HR positions General understanding of HR practices, employment practices, and talent management processes Preferred Qualifications: Previous leadership experience through work, academics, or extracurricular activities Experience supporting a manufacturing environment Exposure to unionized workforces This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to build broad generalist experience within a large manufacturing organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
