Experienced Vinyl / Sign Graphics Installer - North Austin

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | W-2 Employee

AlphaGraphics Austin is hiring an experienced vinyl / sign graphics installer to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who has already completed professional vinyl, sign, wall, window, floor, decal, wrap, event, or branded environment installations. This is not an entry-level production-only role .

Compensation & Benefits

• $20 – $28/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Install wall murals, window graphics, floor vinyl, signage, decals, and event graphics
• Prep surfaces and complete clean, professional installations
• Handle alignment, seams, trimming, adhesion, and final finish
• Use ladders, hand tools, power tools, squeegees, heat guns, and knives safely
• Read job tickets, measurements, and installation instructions accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Support large-format production when needed, including laminating, trimming, weeding, masking, and preparing graphics for install

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on vinyl, sign, or graphics installation experience required.
• 3+ years preferred, especially with wall murals, window graphics, floor graphics, signs, decals, fleet graphics, wraps, or event graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable, professional, and customer-friendly
• Able to work efficiently without cutting corners
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 12 feet
• Able to lift and handle installation materials safely
