As a Sales Associate, you are the primary contact for our clients. You start each day excited to establish new relationships while continuing to nurture existing ones. By meeting one-on-one with our clients, you are able to build excellent rapport and more effectively educate them about our products and services. Your excellent communication skills are an essential part of your success, as you complete product presentations and give price quotes. To complete sales, you collect and enter order information, all while providing superior customer service.

Sales Associate Job Duties

• Meet one-on-one with customers to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Educate customers about available products and services.
• Deliver professional product sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide accurate pricing information and quotes.
• Recommend products and services that best fit each customer's needs.
• Process sales transactions and complete customer orders.
• Collect and accurately enter customer and order information into company systems.
• Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Develop new customer relationships through daily outreach and engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Contribute to team sales goals and company objectives.
• Effectively manage time, appointments, and daily priorities.
• Work independently while collaborating with teammates when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation with every customer interaction.

On-Target Earnings: $45,000–$55,000 per year
This is a performance-based position with earnings tied to individual sales performance and achievement of established goals. Actual earnings may vary based on performance.
