Concrete Superintendent

Job Description

This Position is responsible for managing crews and communicating with builders to provide a turnkey product for our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee concrete crews to ensure efficient project execution
Communicate effectively with builders to align on project requirements and timelines
Oversee project progress to maintain quality and schedule adherence
Implement and monitor quality control standards on-site
Coordinate schedules to optimize resource use and project completion
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site safety protocols
Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
Deliver turnkey concrete products that meet client specifications
Supervise site activities to maintain workflow and address issues
Resolve problems promptly to avoid project delays

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete construction or similar
