Position Summary The role involves managing an area of responsibility, executing the business plan, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality and safety, training staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies. It also includes supervising associates, fostering a culture of belonging, attracting and retaining talent, and upholding Walmart’s values and ethics. What You'll Do Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates. Implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained in logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation. Identify customer and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others, determine corrective actions, and make recommendations for resolution. Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, provide feedback, and participate in hiring, promotion, and coaching. Foster a culture of belonging, respect diversity, build high‑performing teams, and create opportunities for all associates to thrive. Act with integrity, promote ethics and compliance, uphold Walmart values, and support Walmart’s goal of becoming a regenerative company. Serve customers and members by delivering results, applying business models, making data‑driven decisions, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities, and supporting continuous improvement and new technology adoption. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

2 years of supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
