Registered Nurse Case Manager

Acute Care Case ManagerThis is a 13-week contract position.Day Shift: 5x8 Hours (08:00 - 16:30)We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Case Manager for an immediate position. The ideal candidate will be seasoned with a strong background in acute care, case management, and discharge planning within a hospital setting.
