Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Assist customers in selecting pet food, treats, toys, supplies, and other products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Operate the cash register and process purchases accurately.
- Help maintain a safe, clean environment for customers, employees, and animals.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Work as part of a small, supportive team and assist with other store duties as needed.
Qualifications
- MUST BE 18
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Genuine love and appreciation for animals.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a small family-owned business . If you're dependable, personable, and passionate about pets, we'd love to hear from you!
