Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced GRC/Cybersecurity Analyst with 10+ years of experience to strengthen enterprise security programs. The role focuses on governance, risk assessments, compliance, cybersecurity strategy, and implementing security best practices across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance reviews.
Evaluate and improve security policies, governance, incident response, and vendor risk management.
Implement and validate security controls across infrastructure.
Monitor and investigate security events using SIEM tools (Splunk preferred).
Develop remediation plans and support security framework implementation (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
Collaborate with technical and executive teams to improve overall security posture.

Required Skills:

10+ years in Cybersecurity/GRC.
Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and security frameworks.
Experience with SIEM (Splunk), IAM, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Network & Infrastructure Security.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:
CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
