TAB AnswerNetwork is a small business in Santa Ana, CA 92705. We are one of the longest standing answering services in Orange County.

What we do

TAB AnswerNetwork is a telephone answering service to businesses and professionals. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our clients and their callers. We never close for any reason.

What we look for in an applicant
It is our goal to provide the very best messaging service to each of our clients. Therefore, we look for the following qualities in our applicants:

• the ability to get along with others and work as a team
• the composure to work under occasional pressure

Job Requirements   Type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Have a pleasant speaking voice
• Speak English fluently – Bilingual is a plus!
• Possess basic Internet skills
• Have excellent spelling and grammar skills
• Work a variety of shifts – morning, afternoon & evening
• Work weekends & holidays on a rotating basis
• Attend a training class

Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for at least the first three weeks of employment.

What we expect from our employees

• Punctuality
• Attendance

We expect our employees to report to work on the days they are scheduled to work. If an employee is unable to work for any reason, we expect the employee to call two hours before the start of their shift to report out.

• Weekends

We expect all employees to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

• Holidays

We expect all employees to work every other holiday. We recognize New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You will be paid double time for these days.

What we offer our employees

• Hourly Wages

Pay checks are distributed twice a month on the 5th and 20th. The paycheck you receive on the 5th of the month is for the pay period which begins on the 16th of the previous month and ends on the last day of the previous month. The paycheck you receive on the 20th is for the pay period which begins on the 1st of the month and ends on the 15th of the month.

Breaks and Lunches

TAB AnswerNetwork follows all California’s Department of Industrial Relations’ orders regulating breaks and lunches.

Vacation

One week vacation after you have completed one year of employment based on the average number of hours you work per week during the previous year. Thereafter, you will receive two weeks for two years of service and three weeks for three years of service.

Sick Pay

You will receive 40 hours of sick pay on your date of employment. This sick pay is available for you to use when you or your children are sick after ninety-days of employment.

Birthday Pay

After one year of employment you will receive your birthday as a paid day off. You may choose to use your paid birthday for another day off during the same calendar year.

Health Insurance

Health insurance (medical, dental and life) is available after you have completed ninety days of employment. TAB AnswerNetwork pays for one half of your monthly premium. You may add your dependents to your coverage but you must pay for 100% of their premium.

Performance Bonuses

Employees who meet our performance standards receive monthly performance bonuses based upon their average monthly monitoring score.

Productivity and Efficiency Bonuses

Employees who meet our productivity and efficiency standards receiving monthly bonuses based upon their rotation stats.
