Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health for a contract position in Albuquerque, NM .


Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.
• Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) forclinical documentation and care coordination.


Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills.


Important Details
• Location: Albuquerque, NM
• Contract Length: Approximately 14 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Coverage Area: 60-mile radius around Albuquerque, NM
• On-Call: Rotating schedule
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits
• Pay Range: $53.00-$57.00/hour
