Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse in Queen City Cincinnati, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across diverse healthcare settings. Your primary objective will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to promote optimal patient outcomes. Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to promote understanding and adherence.
  • Utilize telemetry monitoring to assess cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to any abnormalities or emergencies.
  • Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard in care planning and decision-making.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in direct patient care within a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) or Cardiac Telemetry certification.
  • Experience working in telemetry or acute care units.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership or patient advocacy experience.
