Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Titusville, NJ (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for building and maintaining modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript, including front-end development and API-driven architectures.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using Angular, ensuring high performance and responsive user experiences.
• Build and support backend services and APIs using TypeScript, following modern web architecture principles.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions with a focus on clean code, object-oriented design, and best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deploy features in a cloud-native environment.
• Utilize tools like GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development platforms to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Contribute to deployment and infrastructure activities, including exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in full-stack development with strong focus on Angular and TypeScript.
• Proven expertise in modern web application architecture, API development, and strong software engineering fundamentals with object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience in Angular front-end and TypeScript backend development, with adaptability to cloud-native environments and familiarity with tools like MongoDB, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted development tools.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
