Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Home Health Team in Charlotte, Collier, Lee, and Sarasota Counties. This role provides skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Performs selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care. Is responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual's nursing experience and educational preparation. This is a Per Diem (PRN) position with variable time and hours can vary from week to week based on staffing needs, patient volume, call-offs, vacations, or organizational requirements.
