Located in Holland, MI
Salary: $20+ Press Brake Programmer/Operator | $20-30/hr BOE | 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Available We are looking for experienced 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Brake Press Operators and programmers for a growing fabrication shop. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to grow their skillset. Key Responsibilities• Set up machines efficiently to minimize downtime and changeover time
• Determine proper bend sequence, tooling selection, and tonnage requirements
• Operate press brake to form parts to print specifications
• Adjust programs and setups as needed to maintain quality
• Read and Interpret blueprints including: bend callouts, tolerances, GD&T basics
• Assist less experienced operators when needed
• Suggest improvements to bend sequences, tooling, and setups Requirements for Press Brake Operator/Programmer
• 2+ years press brake experience in a fabrication environment
• Experience programming CNC press brakes
• Familiar with a variety of materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)
• Solid understanding of bend allowance/deduction, grain direction and springback Work Environment
• 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday • 2nd shift: 2:30-12:30pm Monday-Friday • 3rd shift: 8:00pm-6:30am Monday-Friday (four day work week) Ways to Apply:
