What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot issues with confidence, patience, and a Member driven mindset
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate assistance across phone and digital channels
• Perform account transactions in accordance with security, regulatory, and compliance standards
• Use active listening  and a sales and service approach  to guide and educate Members about products and services to meet their needs

Position Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one month of similar or related experience
• Prior call center or financial industry experience is a plus
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
• Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

• Ability to use a computer, phone printer, scanner/copier, sitting or standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling, and possibly lifting up to 50 pounds

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.
