Auto Intensive Care is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our team in Savannah, GA. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring top-notch customer service, and driving profitability through efficient management practices.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
Manage the service department's workflow and ensure timely completion of repairs
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive business growth
Develop and implement strategies to increase service department profitability

Requirements:

Prior experience as an Automotive Service Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Certification from National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) a plus
