Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and compliance with labor laws. Supervise daily store opening and closing; provide leadership in safety, security, and operational policies. Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize inventory levels. Oversee merchandise presentation, stocking, and storage following company standards. Maintain accurate inventory, cash handling, and security procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and foster a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment. Ensure adherence to company policies, complete documentation, and support staff development. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret manuals, safety rules, and procedures. Strong math skills, cash handling knowledge, and inventory management experience. Effective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred high school diploma; management experience in retail is a plus. Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds; occasional climbing and driving; fast-paced environment with moderate noise; exposure to weather conditions.
