Pay Range: $18.50 - $19.00/hr What We’re Looking for in Caregiver Applicants Willingness to perform high levels of care — to include bed bound care, MRSA, and heavy lifting required. Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance to transport clients in their own vehicle – mileage reimbursement provided! No live-in shifts currently available. Shift examples include (but are not limited to): 2 2-hour split shifts 7 days a week — hours are semi flexible. 9am-11am and 6pm-8pm Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments Monitoring and reporting on their condition Heavy lifting Why Family Resource Home Care? Requirements 18 years of age or older Comfortable working with pets (cats/dogs) Experienced and comfortable working with High triage clients! Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on rare occasions Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app Ability to pass a state and national background check Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed Must complete state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training and nurse‑led medication training before working with clients; you will be paid to complete both trainings if not previously completed.
