The Dawes Arboretum is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to welcome visitors, answer questions, process admissions and memberships, and promote events. You will handle gift shop transactions and registrations while maintaining accuracy and a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems.
