Nos enfocamos en marcas internacionales de footwear, outdoor y lifestyle, ofreciendo una operaciÃ³n integrada con mÃ¡s de 15 marcas en distribuciÃ³n contractual. Gestionamos la infraestructura comercial, logÃstica y de activaciÃ³n en retail que a una marca le llevarÃa aÃ±os construir por su cuenta. Contamos con logÃstica multi-hub y almacenamiento estratÃ©gico en PanamÃ¡, y RepÃºblica Dominicana, lo que permite un servicio Ã¡gil y consistente. Trabajamos con responsables de expansiÃ³n regional y dueÃ±os de marca que buscan crecer en el Caribe sin tener que montar una operaciÃ³n local desde cero.

DescripciÃ³n del puesto En el puesto de Lead Generator en Representaciones del Caribe, te encargarÃ¡s de identificar y calificar oportunidades de negocio para nuestras marcas en el mercado del Internacional. En tu dÃa a dÃa, contactarÃ¡s potenciales clientes B2B, recopilarÃ¡s informaciÃ³n clave sobre sus necesidades y registrarÃ¡s todos los datos en las herramientas internas de CRM. TambiÃ©n colaborarÃ¡s con el equipo comercial para agendar reuniones, dar seguimiento a leads generados en campaÃ±as y apoyar en la preparaciÃ³n de propuestas. Este es un puesto a tiempo completo, presencial y ubicado en Punta Cana, donde trabajarÃ¡s en estrecha colaboraciÃ³n con equipos de ventas, marketing y logÃstica.

Requisitos

Aptitudes en prospecciÃ³n comercial, generaciÃ³n de leads y manejo de bases de datos de clientes.
Dominio total del Ingles, oral y escrito.
< Experiencia en uso de herramientas CRM, gestiÃ³n pipeline ventas y seguimiento oportunidades.
Capacidad de comunicaciÃ³n oral y escrita clara, orientaciÃ³n a resultados y habilidades de negociaciÃ³n bÃ¡sicas.
Nivel alto de organizaciÃ³n, atenciÃ³n al detalle y manejo eficiente del tiempo en entornos dinÃ¡micos.
Valorable experiencia previa en sectores retail, footwear, outdoor o lifestyle, asÃ como conocimiento de mercados del Caribe.
FormaciÃ³n relacionada con comercio, marketing, administraciÃ³n de empresas o campos afines.
Manejo fluido de herramientas ofimÃ¡ticas.
