Operations Clerk

Location: Chicago IL 60654 Duration: 4 Months Payrate: $28-$30 Per hour Part Time Job Functions & Responsibilities: Hiring & Onboarding

• Source, interview, and hire Onsite Support Specialists (OSS)
• Ensure candidates meet quality, reliability, and professionalism standards
• Own onboarding process and set new hires up for success

Training & Enablement

• Conduct initial and ongoing training for OSS
• Reinforce standards for setup, labeling, and participant experience
• Ensure OSS understand operational playbooks and expectations

Field Quality & Performance Management

• Coordinate coverage and onsite experience for customer launches
• Conduct live evaluations of OSS during shifts
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Identify high vs. low performers and take appropriate action

Market Development & Ad Hoc Operations

• Support local growth efforts (treat drop-offs, restaurant visits, test orders)
• Act as the on-the-ground representative of operations in the region

Ownership of Hub Performance

• Maintain a strong, reliable OSS bench for the hub
• Ensure coverage, quality, and readiness for all shifts
• Partner with Shift Leads and central ops to flag gaps or risks

Qualifications

• 25 years in operations, field management, recruiting, or training
• Strong people judgment and ability to coach in the field
• Highly organized, self-directed, and willing to be in the field regularly
• Experience in marketplace ops, gig workforce management, or hospitality
