CDL-A Team Company Drivers Needed – High Paying Opportunity

Up to $1.02 Per Loaded Mile | Weekly Guaranteed Minimum | Excellent Benefits

We are currently hiring CDL-A Team Company Drivers for a high-paying OTR opportunity with guaranteed weekly minimum pay, strong mileage rates, retention bonuses, and newer Freightliner equipment.

Pay & Mileage

$0.85 per loaded mile
$0.80 per empty mile
Additional $0.17 per mile per diem pay
Total effective pay:

$1.02 per loaded mile
$0.97 per empty mile

Consistent OTR freight

Teams stay out 3 weeks with option to return home for 1 week

Equipment

Freightliner trucks
ThermoKing APU
2000W inverter
72" sleeper
Trucks governed at 68 MPH

Driver Retention Bonus Program (Split Between Drivers)

1-Year Program Total: $7,250
2-Year Program Total: $19,000

Driver Requirements

Hazmat endorsement required
Pre-made teams only
Minimum 2 years of OTR experience
No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
No felonies
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to obtain DoD Security Clearance (company assists and pays for the process)
No reckless/careless driving citations and no more than 3 moving violations within the last 5 years
No more than 2 accidents within the last 5 years
Zero-tolerance DUI policy – any DUI is disqualifying
