Float between two MS/Tele units and provide overflow coverage for MS patients in ICU and ED as needed. Monitor patient status, document assessments, administer prescribed medications, and perform routine therapies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; respond to changes in patient condition. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EPIC), ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Communicate clearly with patients and families, and escalation concerns to the charge nurse or physician as appropriate. Requirements EPIC electronic medical record experience is required. Ability to float between MS/Tele units and provide MS overflow coverage to ICU and ED. Availability to work a night shift schedule on a 3x12-hour cadence (approximately 36 hours per week). Travel RN on a 13-week assignment in Hawaii; willing to relocate as needed. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
