Responsibilities Closing reports at the end of each night Maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests, and have authority for the hotel operations while on duty Have a working knowledge of reservation procedures, take reservations, know cancellation procedures and Walk Policy Check in guests, show classic customer service smile, and always have fun with the team; help answer guest questions and make their stay as enjoyable as possible Qualifications Strong computer skills Exceptional communication skills Demonstrated excellence in guest service Ability to multitask with limited supervision Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr ZMC Hotels
